I just want a way to leave the van while it's running, and lock the doors via the lock button. I know of 2 workarounds, both annoying. Workaround 1, shut off the van pull out the remote, remote start the van. Workaround 2, pull out remote, remove key from FOB, manually lock the door.. Hemet ca crime news
